Micr@s community cooperative learning game

WP3 - MICR@S Community Cooperative Learning Game

As a result, a game-based learning environment was developed to engage students in the development and management of cooperative enterprises by fostering a space where participants can work together to address concrete problems related to inclusion and social cohesion in their school communities.

This is how the PROJECT GAME PLATFORM was created

Through this platform, students can become real entrepreneurs by developing their own business idea.

The game is based on the Business Model Canvas framework, which helps students to visualise and plan all the key aspects in order to have a clear and concrete vision of what it means to develop an entrepreneurial idea.

The game experience aims to:

  • Develop soft skills such as teamwork, problem solving and communication.
  • Promote inclusive leadership by involving students with different abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN), in active roles.
  • Promote social cohesion within the school by creating a safe space where all pupils can contribute and learn.
  • Facilitating links between schools at European level, promoting dialogue and exchange of ideas between students from different cultural and social backgrounds, through the feature that allows students to view and comment on business models developed by other groups.

In conclusion, the MICR@S Community Cooperative Learning Game is not just a game environment, but a powerful learning tool that uses entrepreneurial and cooperative dynamics to develop key skills in young people, preparing them for the world of work and for active and inclusive citizenship.
