est\u00e1 envolvido na conce\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento, teste-piloto e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias ferramentas de e-learning, jogos, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00f3veis, plataformas,
